Access to tools

To access the special features of these tools (JIRA ticket repository, SuggestionBox repository and voting, MarketPlace), you need to create an account via our identity platform: https://forge.blue-mind.net/identity/.

Tools are then automatically accessible (the username is propagated to the support application after 10 minutes, 30 minutes for other tools).

To post on the forum, it is necessary to create an independent account.

Recommendations for use

Support and bug tracking

The bug and incident tracking platform is open to all, but BlueMind does not guarantee a response time if you do not have a support contract.

To ensure that your request is processed as efficiently as possible, please describe your problem or bug as precisely as possible. We recommend that you read the following page beforehand to find out how best to qualify and report a problem. This facilitates the work of our teams and therefore the quality and speed of the answers we provide: Support.

Forum

The forum enables exchanges with other BlueMind users (end-users or administrators). BlueMind team members are also involved.

Use the search engine to check that your problem or question hasn't already been asked. This will save you time if an answer has already been provided.

As before, make sure you describe your request as clearly as possible, and remain courteous despite the sometimes informal nature of exchanges on this platform.

The forum also allows you to consult information on new releases — major, minor and corrective. To receive this information as soon as it is published, it is useful to subscribe to the dedicated topics. Subscriptions are available:

To subscribe, use the notification buttons to select the desired alert level:

Suggestion Box

The Suggestion Box allows any user to suggest new features and support requests already made. It enables BlueMind's R&D teams to identify and prioritize the most significant requests, so that they can be taken into account.

To this end, please first search through existing submissions to make sure that your suggestion doesn't exist already. You can then vote for it (log in required) and help prioritize it.

Failing that, you can create a new suggestion. Please be thorough so that your request may be considered by other users.

The Suggestion Box is in English only, requests must be written in English.

Contributing to BlueMind

Other tools and resources are available if you wish to contribute to the development of BlueMind, for a correction, an improvement or to propose an add-on to the product.
