Directories
Entities are created and managed in the "Directories" section of the administration console.

The different types of entities are :
- internal users: members of the organization.
↳ see Editing users - external users: users who are not members of the organization, such as service providers
↳ see Edit external users - groups: a group of users with common needs or objectives. ↳ see Editing Groups
- shared mailboxes: messaging systems with address books, calendars and to-do lists, shared by several users or groups of users

↳ see Edit resources - resource types: resource categories (meeting rooms, vehicles, etc.)
↳ see Managing resource types - domain address books: address books shared by domain users
↳ see Edit domain address books - domain calendars: calendars common to all domain users

To create an entity quickly, click on the corresponding link in the "Quick creations" section
The "Entities management" section provides access to "Directory entries", "Resource types" and "Organizational units".
Who are the managers?
Entities can be managed by the platform administrator and by the domain administrator(s). For more information, visit Roles: access and administration rights.
