Directories

Entities are created and managed in the "Directories" section of the administration console.

The different types of entities are :

• internal users: members of the organization
• external users: users who are not members of the organization, such as service providers
• groups : set of users with common needs or objectives
• shared mailboxes: mailboxes shared by several users or groups of users
• resources: company resources made available to users
• resource types: resource categories (meeting rooms, vehicles, etc.)
• domain address books : address books shared by domain users
• domain calendars: common calendars for domain users

To create an entity quickly, click on the corresponding link in the "Quick creations" section

The "Entities management" section provides access to "Directory entries", "Resource types" and "Organizational units".

Entities can be managed by the platform administrator and by the domain administrator(s).
