View and reply to invitations
When a meeting is organized from the Calendar application, guests systematically receive an e-mail notification enabling them to consult the details of the event, reply to the invitation or even transfer it to a third party.
Replying to an invitation
The notification e-mail provides quick access to the essential information: the title, date, location and videoconference link, if applicable, are displayed in the main area.
The e-mail also allows the guest to access attachments and view detailed information about the event.

To respond to the invitation, click on the Oui, Non or Peut-être buttons in the "Accept invitation?" box. The organizer is immediately notified by e-mail.

The invitation remains in the inbox, so it's possible to modify your reply at any time. Note that the organizer receives a notification for each new reply.
You can also respond to invitations from the calendar.
Please note that requests for new schedules are submitted exclusively through the Calendar so that availability can be checked.
Receive an invitation update
When the organizer deletes or modifies a meeting, guests receive a new notification.
In the event of a change to the schedule, location or description, the subject of the e-mail will indicate that this is a modification, and details of the updated information will be given in the description.

The user is again invited to reply in the "Accept invitation?" box.
In the case of a meeting deletion, the e-mail subject indicates that the meeting has been cancelled.

Users can delete it from their calendar directly from the e-mail, by clicking on "Delete from calendar".
When a meeting is cancelled or modified, previous notification e-mails are also updated.
However, these messages allow you to consult the original invitation by unfolding the "Original message" insert below the description.

Forwarding invitation
Guests can forward the invitation to a third party to invite them to the meeting. See Transfer an invitation for more information.
Receiving an external invitation
Invitations from external systems that comply with the iMIP standard, such as Outlook or Gmail, are presented in the same way as invitations sent from the BlueMind Calendar. The actions available are the same.
However, some solutions do not use this standard. In this case, the event is received as an attachment in ".ics " format.
The notification indicates that the message contains an event, the detailed information is given in the description, and the user can add it to one of his calendars by clicking on "Add to my calendar".

The user can add the event to any calendar for which he has the appropriate rights.
To add it to a calendar shared by another user, click on "Other calendars" then select the desired calendar from the list, or search for it by typing the first letters.

If the event is sent to a shared mailbox, the mailbox's calendar is displayed by default for members with the appropriate permissions. To add it to a personal calendar, click on "Other calendars", then select the desired calendar from the list, or search for it by typing the first few letters.
