Column width

The folder list column can be quickly expanded or contracted to suit the content or screen size in use. To do this, move the column's slider with the mouse:

  2. Individual mailboxes shared by other users with :
  3. Shared mailboxes with :
    • default mailbox folders: Inbox, Sent Messages, Drafts, Trash, Junk, Templates, Outbox
    • folders created by users with access rights to the mailbox, sorted in alphabetical order

  4. Shared folders: these contain shared mailboxes from older BlueMind versions that have not been converted, for which the user has read or write access.
For further information see Using a shared mailbox
  5. Group folders: these contain the group mailboxes for which the user has read or write access.
For further information see Using a group mailbox
tip

The tree structure of each mailbox can be unfolded or folded. The status will be retained when you reload or reconnect to the mailbox.

Viewing the folder's content

Personal folders are arranged alphabetically, below the default mailbox folders.

When a folder contains subfolders, the icon for folding and unfolding the tree appears.

A bullet shows the number of unread emails for the entire folder and its subfolders. When the tree is unfolded, unread emails are shown for each subfolder.

Unread email counter

The number of unread emails appears on a dark gray or bright blue background when the folder is selected.
When a folder contains subfolders, the number of unread emails, shown on a light background, corresponds to the total number of unread emails contained in the folder and its subfolders.

When a folder or subfolder is selected, the emails it contains are displayed in the middle column, with the folder name highlighted in blue.

Finding a folder

The "Filter my folders" function at the top of the column allows to quickly find a folder. Type the first letters of the folder's name in the search box and the list of matching folders will appear.
