Import contacts
You can add contacts from an external address book into a BlueMind address book by importing a vCard file.
A VCF (or vCard) file is a standard format for exchanging contact details (name, telephone number, email address, etc.) between applications or devices.
A file may contain the details of a single contact, a distribution list, a group, or all the contacts in an address book.
To import a vCard file into an address book:
- Navigate to the address book where the file is to be imported
- Click on the ‘Import’ button to open the pop-up window

- Drag and drop the file or click on ‘Browse’
Any contacts contained in the file are added to the address book. Please note that BlueMind does not detect duplicates; contacts are added even if they are already present in the address book.
Contacts can also be imported when creating or editing an address book.
