Cleanup was becoming increasingly expensive as BlueMind iterated through more and more files ⇒ BlueMind now deletes header-XXXX files in the same way as snapshot-XXXX files.

Fix the core session, should not be logged-out from eventloop.
When optimising id sets for lookup, only consider unique values and keep ranges as is (outlook might use 97:4294967295).
