Creating Videoconferences
BlueMind offers 4 videoconferencing solutions:
- through BlueMind Video (a built-in service based on Jitsi Meet)
- through Webex
- through Jitsi Meet
- through Teams
Whatever the solution your administrator installs, videoconferences can be integrated into BlueMind Calendar meetings. This means that attendees will receive an invitation to the videoconference with the meeting notification email.
With BlueMind Video, you can also create videoconferences outside the Calendar. To do this, click 
in the navigation ribbon.
When the videoconference page opens, copy the link from your browser and send it to attendees.
tip
You can also create a videoconference link manually (to send by email, for example), without opening the application.
