Introducing Tasks
BlueMind helps you manage tasks with a dedicated application that synchronizes with the Calendar.
You can organize tasks in lists and use tags shared with the BlueMind Contacts and Calendar applications.
Tasks can be shared with others in your organization by giving them permission to view or to manage your tasks.
Accessing the Tasks application
To access the Tasks application, use the bento menu in the main navigation ribbon.
Navigating the Tasks application
The Tasks application has 3 columns:
: The first column, under the "New task" button, shows your lists - your default "My tasks" list and other lists you've created or subscribed to (in your Tasks preferences)
: The second column shows the tasks from the current list. The gears button at the top of the column is used to export tasks from the list or import tasks into it
: The third column, the main display area, shows the details for the current task (selected or being created)
