Synchronizing To-do Lists
Synchronizing a BlueMind to-do list makes it easy to view the tasks it contains via other clients, such as Thunderbird, Outlook, macOS, iOS or Android.
Viewing a synchronized task list
The differences between a synchronized and a non-synchronized list are summarized below. Under certain conditions, it may be possible to consult a task even if the list is not synchronized.

❌ La liste et l'ensemble de ses tâches ne sont pas copiées sur le client lourd ou mobile
❌ La liste de tâches n'est pas consultable
When the volume of data contained in a list is large (over 9,000 tasks), a message warns of possible synchronization problems.
Please note that some differences may appear depending on the synchronization protocol and the client:

Web application and Thunderbird : a task list can be viewed even if synchronization is disabled - provided you are in connected mode

MAPI synchronization (Outlook) : you can subscribe to a task list from Outlook. In this case, the list is automatically added to BlueMind, with synchronization enabled.

Enabling synchronization
To synchronize task lists, go to Preferences - Tasks - My task lists or Other task lists in the task settings:
