Webmail

The new webmail developed by BlueMind, already very popular in 4.8, continues to expand thanks to the arrival of new features that users have been raving about:

Delivery receipts and reading confirmation

It is now possible to request delivery receipts and read confirmations for sent messages and respond to acknowledgement requests made in the messages they receive:

Requests and responses can be made on a case-by-case or systematic basis, with each user able to choose the behavior he or she wishes via parameter management:

Contact search and display

The contact autocomplete engine in the dialer offers more relevant results and an intuitive interface allowing the user to exclude results or extend the search :

What's more, when viewing an email, clicking on a mail address (sender, recipient, copy, etc.) will display a summary of the contact file with all the relevant information:

Mobile display

Note that this display is also possible on the mobile version of webmail.

This version of BlueMind features a new high-performance search tool : multi-criteria and always full-text (search in all fields and attachments), it enables detailed searches in the desired folders:

The message composer interface has been further enhanced to offer a better user experience, with more fluidity and more intuitive behaviors. These include:

BlueMind version 4.9 brings a number of fixes, including :

  • BM-19571 : No longer accept URLs in the <a> href tag that do not begin with a valid protocol.
  • BM-17627 : Improvements to message list display in dense mode.
  • BM-19703 : Text signatures are no longer considered empty.
  • BM-18710 : Removes duplicate contacts from recipients when "reply all" is used
  • BM-19313 : Displays the recipient rather than the sender in the sent messages folder of a shared mailbox.
  • BM-19660 : Outlook search now works.
  • BM-19599 : Improved scrolling on cell phones.
  • BM-19513 : Improved certificate handling.
  • FEATWEBML-2518 : Mobile application enhancements.
